I’ve been thinking about what makes a professional development day really memorable. Of course, you want to leave with ideas you can use. But there’s also something special about stepping away from your usual routine, learning alongside your team, and spending time with others who care about growing their practice.
That’s the feeling we’re creating for our Boutique Conference on Friday, October 30 at the Dentsply Sirona Academy in Mississauga. It’s a beautiful space, and we’re keeping the group intimate so there’s room to connect, ask questions, and get hands-on experience.
We’ll be exploring Office FLOW, photography tips and the patient communication that goes along with those images, and digital scanning. We’ll also have an ultrasonic workshop where hygienists can work on positioning and fulcrums.
I’d love for you to bring other members of your team! The sessions before the ultrasonic workshop are designed for everyone. We’ll arrange for team members who aren’t attending the ultrasonic portion to be in the first group, so they can take part in those sessions and finish earlier.
And if you’re reading this from outside Ontario, you’re welcome too. We had someone join us from New Brunswick last year, which was such a treat! If you’ve been thinking about a trip to Ontario, we would love to have you join us.
