"With physical distancing during Covid 19, we have had to make some modifications in our lives. I feel so fortunate that RDHU has come to the forefront in adapting live online learning. The Essentials of Documentation has been a wonderful learning experience on Zoom. I am not a technical person and I feel that I have had no problems with this online format. It feels like we are right there with our colleagues and presenter. Anna Louse Tolan has done an excellent job of presenting her material and Beth Parkes has made sure that we are all connected.

"I registered for a live online course that was on track to run three days for approximately two hours each day via ZOOM. At first, I didn’t think I could figure this technology out and then sit this long each day, but as soon as Anna Louise started her presentation, I could not believe how time flew and how informative she is! I didn’t give myself enough credit….this was such a lovely and interactive class! Beth you were amazing hosting the meeting, answering our questions, putting us into virtual work groups and taking us back to the virtual classroom!! I found this learning easy to adapt to. I do miss the in person experience however this was a good alternative.
