As the school year wraps up for many families and our final live streaming and hands-on courses for the season come to a close, it’s the perfect moment to hit pause, take a breath, and reflect.
Just today at lunch, we had our rdhu End-of-Year Team Pizza Party—a well-earned celebration after an incredibly full year. I joined in by Zoom from up north and felt so proud watching our amazing team together. This group works so hard—many late nights and weekends to deliver our live-streaming courses, hands-on programs, and in-office sessions. The coordination, the shipping, the planning… it’s not easy, but they make it look seamless. I’m beyond grateful for their dedication—and for our passionate presenters who bring these programs to life.
While we don’t offer courses during the summer months, the work doesn’t stop—it just shifts. We’re behind the scenes, planning, collaborating, and preparing to make the next season even better. It’s not Show Time right now—but the foundation is being laid.
And maybe you’re feeling a similar shift.
How are you feeling in your work right now? Energized? Stuck? Curious about what else is possible?
I speak to many dental hygienists who quietly wonder what it would be like to have more autonomy. To lead something of their own. And while that path isn’t for everyone, the summer slowdown is a beautiful time to explore the questions that have been sitting quietly in the background.
Even if you’re not planning a major career move, this can be your moment to reconnect with your “why,” to journal, dream, and reflect on what’s working—and what could be better.
✨ We’re also launching our Summer Specials this week—to help support you during this season of visioning, rest, and recalibration. Click here for Summer Specials.
Wishing you a focused and fulfilling week ahead,
Kathleen 💛
