Some weeks have a special kind of energy — and this is one of them.
It’s a week filled with connection, learning, and growth.
On Friday, we gathered for our BioGaia Lunchtime Chat, where we explored practical ways to integrate oral probiotics into everyday patient care. Tonight, we’re kicking off the Oral-B Professional Partners Program, exploring tools and strategies designed to enhance the patient experience while supporting better oral health outcomes. And this Friday, we officially launch The LM Challenge, where we’ll explore how instruments impact everything we do — from precision to ergonomics.
And as if that isn’t enough to be excited about… this week also marks the launch of a new column with Oral Hygiene: On Track with Kathleen ~ A new space to share insights, stories, and practical strategies with dental hygienists across the country.
All of these initiatives have one thing in common: they’re not just about inspiration — they’re about implementation.
It’s easy to feel inspired after a course, a lunch chat, or a great conversation. But the real magic happens when we take what we’ve learned and put it into action — when we integrate new habits, tools, or language into the way we practice every day.
This week, I want to celebrate all of you who are taking part in these programs and conversations. Your commitment to continuous growth is what keeps our profession moving forward. And if you weren’t able to join this round — don’t worry. We have more opportunities coming. Inspiration is always just the beginning.
Here’s to taking that spark of inspiration and turning it into meaningful change.

Let’s keep moving forward — together.
Warmly,
Kathleen
