This past weekend was an emotional one for me and my family. We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog, Banjo, on Friday. He was 14.5 years old and had been struggling with some health issues. With all three of our kids visiting us, we knew it was the right time to give Banjo a peaceful send-off. While it was a fitting farewell, my heart aches, and I know it will take time to heal.
In the midst of this, I felt the need to focus on something positive to help me move forward. With the arrival of a new month—coinciding with the start of rdhu's academic year—and the end of a busy summer filled with visitors, I decided it was the perfect time to return to a healthy routine. I printed out my 30-Day Tracker and committed to making some positive changes. Just the act of printing it and setting a plan has already helped ease my heartache and shift my mindset.
I thought that many of you might also benefit from a 30-Day Challenge/Tracker, especially with the kids going back to school or perhaps one leaving for university for the first time. It’s a perfect opportunity to refocus and set some goals.
Below, you'll find the 30-Day Challenge/Tracker. I’m using mine to track my daily walks (now without my Banjo), my weightlifting sessions (thank you, Liisa Moore, for the workout videos you created for me), my vitamin and supplement intake (AG1 and Fish Oil), and my professional development goals (Complete my Nail-Biting Research Paper).
For those of you who registered for our Summer Specials or have registered for some courses, I’m also including additional helpful worksheets for planning and tracking your progress! What are your intentions for taking the course? When will you review your notes and create an implementation plan? What are your next steps?
Thank you to everyone who registered for the Summer Specials! I’m excited to be on this journey with you.
And a special thank you to the group I sent the Nail-Biting Survey to. My research paper is coming along nicely, and it’s been a helpful distraction during this time.
Thank you for your support and reading! Please take a look through our website for upcoming Live Streaming Courses, Events, Free Webinars, Hands-on Courses, Career Postings and our Partner Specials.
Have a great week!
