Happy December!

Yesterday marked the last day of our rdhu Crest & Oral B Relief Program.

I wanted to take this time to thank:

- our presenters for sharing their knowledge with us and presenting such great courses through rdhu and rdhq

- our team for working tirelessly around the clock to make that happen

- to you, our members, who were part of the Relief program. We received so many nice emails and messages thanking us for being there for them during the really tough days at the beginning of this pandemic and helping getting them through. I want you to know that you helped us get through as well! It was great speaking with many of you over this time and we enjoyed putting the whole free program together for you.

The renewal went through today for rdhq. We have applied a $50 credit to each Relief account so that your subscription is $149 rather than $199.

We thank those of you who stayed with us and wanted to share with all of you some of the things we are adding to this subscription. Perhaps if you aren't part of rdhq, this will help answer some of your questions.

rdhq - is rdhu's online subscription. We strive to be the easy button for you.

You typically receive 3-hours of CE every season (12 hours per year). You take the video-based courses in your personal portal (or some receive the DVD's) and then answer the quiz and your certificate is produced.

I received a great call from a loyal member, Dorothy, on Saturday. Dorothy had a great recommendation that I shared with on our team meeting yesterday. For those of you who practice in a province that has a Learning Portfolio (ie BC, ON, MB), often you may want to select one of the courses separately and not have to watch each one in that particular year. So, we will be uploading each course separately into your portal as of the Fall 2020 Issue.

You will have 2 Options.

Option 1: Take the full 3-hours of courses, answering each quiz and then receive your certificate.

Option 2: Each course will be uploaded separately so you can access them when you want and receive separate certificates for each course.

Both Options will be uploaded and available in your personal portal.

Winter is in the final stages of production and will be uploaded within one to two weeks!

With each issue we include an Activity Page that has Goal Statements and extra resources so for those who need a Learning Portfolio. The 12 hours of CE will turn into approximately 20 hours of Activities.

If you have any questions, please reach out.

Yesterday also marked the last day of the Beanie Contest! Thank you to all who participated. Look below to see if you won a beanie!

Thank you for reading! Please take a look at below for what is coming up!

Kindest regards,

Kathleen
