What exciting news we shared yesterday to those of you who joined us for The RDH View!

We announced the Crest & Oral B, rdhu RDH CE Relief Program! Dont' worry, we are going to share more information with you tomorrow!

This is our way of saying thank you and to let you know that we are all in this together.

By staying connected and engaged, it helps our mindset from being one of scarcity to being one of possibilities and growth.

Sure, these times have been scary. Especially for those front-line workers and people who have been infected and affected by this disease. But for many of us, this has also been a time of reflection and an opportunity to make some positive changes in our lives.

When have you ever been given the chance to just stay home and be with your loved ones, take time for yourself, with no pressure to have to go anywhere or do anything? (Sorry moms and dads of young school-aged children! I know it hasn't been easy home-schooling!)

I have enjoyed my family time, which is coming to an end this week. All 3 of my kids are starting jobs that they need to get to up north to this week, up at our cottage. For my husband and myself, we will be staying put here in Burlington, ON, as we know that it is frowned upon at this time for people to go up to their cottages, as it creates a burden on the small communities.

I will miss my kids but I am so thankful that I had this time with them. This has been a gift in some respect.

One of the things that Uche reminded me about yesterday is to do a daily check-in at the end of the day to remind ourselves what we are thankful for. Show gratitude at the end of the day for all the things we are grateful for.

So, I opened my journal last night and reflected on my day. And what an amazing day it was...

So grateful for the team I get to work and present with, who are my friends.

So grateful for all our members who make our every day bright and make us want to do more and be more.

So grateful to be in a profession that has such an impact on the quality of people's lives.

Pen to paper. Feels good.

Please find info below for what is coming up!

Enjoy the rest of your week and we look forward to you joining us LIVE on-line!

Thank you for being a part of rdhu!

Kindest regards,

Kathleen
