I have been in a bit of turmoil today….do I send the On-Track-Tuesday today or not?!
It is Wednesday after all.
But honestly, yesterday, I had a full day of back-to-back Quality Assurance Coaching, helping people who have recently received notification that their Quality Assurance Records were identified with deficiencies. I also recorded a webinar for the 'Dental Peers' group on Nourishing Relationships During COVID-19, which I thoroughly enjoyed!
That said, I didn’t feel I had anything to add to our On-Track-Tuesday email because by the end of the day, I was tapped out. I usually am able to block off time on my Tuesday to put this together.
We have received many emails, text and Facebook messages today asking where the On-Track-Tuesday email is and how they look forward to it every week.
I am so happy that these bring value to so many and we truly appreciate the feedback.
Yesterday, I was worn out by the end of the day.
Today? Today I am on fire!
It shows what a roller coaster ride we are living every day, through this change.
It is hard some days for all of us to keep momentum and have any energy left by the end of the day.
Luckily last night I slept great. I had almost 9 hours and am ready to tackle anything that comes my way!
Recognizing our ups and downs and allowing ourselves to feel this way is so important.
Knowing that each day when we wake up is a new opportunity, a chance for a reset on so many levels is probably the kindest thing we can do for ourselves.
Last night was the first night I didn't wake up in the middle of the night and think about our IPAC Guidelines, aerosols, our members going back to practice with all this uncertainty, and all the negative commentary that I see on Facebook. We have to be so careful and control what we read and what we react to!
Enjoy your week! Thank you for reading and for being a part of rdhu.
Please find info below for what is coming up and have a great week ahead!
Please stay tuned for the next email for those of you who are on the Relief Program!
Kindest regards,
Kathleen
