Thank you to all of you who joined us for the Quality Assurance Weekend Workshop! We had a great group and everyone seems to be on the right path for 2020!

One of the things that came out of this weekend was how much everyone realized we all need a coach! In this case, a Quality Assurance Coach. We can do things so much better when we have that person linked arm-and-arm with us and say, we totally got this!

Coaches help you reach your full potential by helping you to stay focused on what's important. They make you accountable for your actions and save you so much time and unnecessary stress. A good coach increases your self-confidence (I can't tell you the number of people who go through an entire transformation by the time we are done a coaching session! They start out stressed about their portfolio and end up excited about all the things they can add to their profile). And a good coach can help you spot your blind spots, which can lead to greater self-understanding and awareness.

Even coaches need coaches! I have different types of coaches in my corner. I have my marketing/business coach; my presentation/professional coach; my daily habits/routine coach, just to name a few! Life can be complicated. We can get stuck. Having someone who has YOU in their best interest is a great way to succeed!

For this weekend coming up, if you are free on Friday, Linda McLarty, from Germiphene will be presenting on the most updated IPAC Guidelines in the morning and I will be presenting on Quality Assurance in the afternoon. I would love to see you!
