One of the topics of conversation we have with dental hygienists often turns to having a voice in the office.
Many dental hygienists feel unheard and struggle with making change happen in the workplace.
They often are conforming and not living a life of passion, not loving what they are doing and feel pretty frustrated and deflated.
This is a topic that I love to discuss and share some strategies that have worked for me over the years.
So, with that, I am pretty excited about a program that Dr. Donley, Beth Ryerse and Dani Botbyl are creating and going to be sharing with our members! CHANGE HAPPENS: Successfully Navigating Discussions to Get What You Need!
A really great part of this program is that once you register, you are going to be a part of the creation of this program! This is a Personalized Learning Experience...Experiential Learning at its Best! At the time of registration, participants can submit questions or specific concerns and the presentation will be tailored, based on the feedback received.
It is time to reclaim your strength and get your voice heard and make change happen.
You will also note that we have The RDH View on Friday, September 11th. This one hour presentation will also compliment this course. For those of you who maintain a learning portfolio, this will be a great extra layering of learning that you can use toward a goal on being a Change Agent. Making change happen will benefit your practice and your client!
Don't let this pandemic pass without making positive change within your practice. Reclaim your Strength and remember why you chose Dental Hygiene as your profession.
Thank you for reading! Please take a look below to see what is coming up and any exciting news to share.
Have a great week ahead and thank you for being a part of rdhu!
Kindest regards,
