Wow! When I look at this On-Track-Tuesday email and all of the events that are coming up, I have to say that I am super proud of our team and presenters.

We pivoted and re-invented to suit the times that we are in! We learned new technology. We stepped out of our comfort zones. We changed our live events to live streaming and have received really great response from those who have attended.

So, thank you so much to all. This is really what we all have to do.

We have to look at where we are at, think outside the tray, and think about things we can do NOW amidst the COVID-19, to ensure our patients and clients are taken care of and that they will return to us when this is behind us.

Yesterday, we had 600 people on our webinar ‘COVID-19 Strategies’ where we shared some ideas on nourishing relationships with our teams and with our clients and patients. We had people on a waiting list so we will hold another one.

Please stay tuned for the next date.

What really excited me was all of the positive emails we received following that webinar. It ignited many to think outside the box and to take action! Many started right away! Planning meetings with their teams to discuss what it could look like. What we like to call Thinking Outside of the Tray! That’s what we have to do right now. We have to look at what we can do to be ready for our new normal.

We can’t think “How are we going to get through this?” but rather “What do we have to change to get through this?” “How can I contribute in a new way?”

For those who were on the webinar with us, I have prepared the follow-up email today and will send it out tomorrow!

We look forward to sharing this webinar again. It is something that I am super excited about!

Please find below things that are coming up! I encourage you to Think Outside the Tray. Do something that may make you a little uncomfortable and join us on one of our Live-Streaming events. We promise not to disappoint!

When this is all behind us and we look back at this time, let's be proud of what we did and who we became.

Please stay safe and have a great week ahead!

Kindest regards,

Kathleen
